Galleri Konstgården, run by Mikael Olsson, is national and international in scope and focuses on work by established and emerging artists. The gallery was founded in 1929 by Georg Kronström and the business concept for the company was bookbinding, framing and art gallery. 1964 the son, Gunnar Kronström, took over the business and focused on framing and art gallery.
1977 Gunnar changed the name to Galleri Konstgården and increased the art gallery and added exhibitions into the business concept. Gunnar was the owner until 1998, when the present owner, Mikael Olsson, took over Galleri Konstgården.
Galleri Konstgården has exhibited artists such as Ardy Strüwer, Stan Wys, Marit Björnegran, Eva Boström, Ann Christine Jensmar, Dominik and Olga Semenova. The gallery is located in central Tranås.
